سياسة الخصوصية — تطبيق وصّال

تطبيق وصّال (“التطبيق”, “نحن”) هو تطبيق توصيل وحجوزات محلي في مدينة كفر الشيخ بمصر، تُشغّله Wassal Tech. توضّح هذه السياسة البيانات التي نجمعها منك وكيف نستخدمها ونحميها.

البيانات التي نجمعها

• رقم الموبايل: لإنشاء حسابك وتسجيل الدخول والتواصل بخصوص طلباتك.
• الاسم (اختياري): لعرضه للمتجر والطيّار عند التوصيل.
• العنوان والموقع الجغرافي (تقريبي ودقيق): لعرض المتاجر القريبة منك وتحديد مكان التوصيل. نجمع الموقع فقط أثناء استخدامك للتطبيق ولإتمام هذه الوظائف.
• الطلبات والحجوزات: سجلّ ما طلبته أو حجزته لخدمتك ودعمك.
• الصور التي ترفعها: مثل صورة الروشتة أو إثبات التحويل، لتنفيذ طلبك.
• معرّف الإشعارات (رمز الجهاز): لإرسال إشعارات حالة الطلب إليك.

كيف نستخدم بياناتك

• تنفيذ طلبات التوصيل والحجوزات وتوصيلها إلى عنوانك.
• تسجيل دخولك وتأمين حسابك.
• إرسال إشعارات عن حالة الطلب والتذكير بالمواعيد.
• الدعم وحلّ المشكلات.

مشاركة البيانات

لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها لأغراض إعلانية. تُشارك بيانات محدودة فقط لتنفيذ الطلب: يرى الطيّار والمتجر المعنيّان اسمك ورقمك وعنوان التوصيل اللازم لتسليم طلبك، ونستخدم مزوّدي خدمة تقنيين (استضافة، وإرسال الإشعارات والرسائل) لتشغيل التطبيق فقط.

حماية البيانات والاحتفاظ بها

تُنقل البيانات عبر اتصال مشفّر (HTTPS/TLS). نحتفظ ببياناتك طوال استخدامك للتطبيق وبما يلزم قانونيًا، ثم نحذفها أو نجعلها مجهّلة الهوية.

حذف حسابك وبياناتك

يمكنك طلب حذف حسابك وكل بياناتك في أي وقت بمراسلتنا على mohamed22shehab@gmail.com وسننفّذ الطلب خلال مدة معقولة.

الأطفال

التطبيق غير موجّه للأطفال دون 13 عامًا ولا نجمع بياناتهم عمدًا.

Privacy Policy — Wassal

Wassal (“the app”, “we”) is a local delivery and booking app for Kafr El-Sheikh, Egypt, operated by Wassal Tech. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

Data we collect

• Phone number — to create your account, sign you in, and contact you about orders.
• Name (optional) — shown to the store and driver for delivery.
• Address & location (approximate and precise) — to show nearby stores and set your delivery point. Location is collected only while you use the app and only for these functions.
• Orders & bookings — your history, to provide and support the service.
• Photos you upload — e.g. a prescription or a transfer receipt, to fulfil your order.
• Push token (device identifier) — to send you order-status notifications.

How we use it

• Fulfilling and delivering your orders and bookings.
• Signing you in and securing your account.
• Sending order-status notifications and appointment reminders.
• Support and troubleshooting.

Data sharing

We do not sell your data or share it for advertising. Limited data is shared only to complete an order: the assigned driver and store see the name, phone, and delivery address needed to deliver, and we use technical service providers (hosting, notification/SMS delivery) solely to operate the app.

Security & retention

Data is transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS/TLS). We keep your data while you use the app and as legally required, then delete or anonymise it.

Deleting your account & data

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing mohamed22shehab@gmail.com; we will action it within a reasonable period.

Children

The app is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
